You can check on the status of your reservation Online 1.Simply choose "Purchase" then enter your cruise reservation number. 2.Select your ship name, sailing date, and language preference from the drop-down menus. 3.Then access your information by selecting "View Cart". This will allow you to see any tours you have reserved or paid for. How do I cancel or change my Shore & Land Excursions? To cancel or change a Shore & Land Excursion, select Shore & Land Excursions from Before You Board menu, click Shop For Or Modify Excursions Now and log in. Then select the excursion you would like to cancel or change from the calendar or your order history.

Not all excursions described on our webstite may be available on all ships or during a particular sailing. How do I remove another guest's reservation added to my reservation? Once you have requested to add a guest from another reservation, they cannot be removed. What if I need to make changes to my Shore & Land Excursions within 10 days of my cruise sail date? In order to make any type of changes to your Shore & Land Excursions within 10 days of your sail date, you will need to visit the Shore Excursions/Explorations! Desk once onboard the ship or consult with your Tour Director at the start of your Alaska Cruisetour. Available times offered for excursion of interest will be advised once onboard. Reservation forms will be available in your stateroom, at the Shore Excursions/Explorations! Desk or during your Alaska Cruisetour. Some of our ships offer an interactive TV system, which allows you to reserve your excursions from the convenience of your stateroom. When can I purchase Shore & Land Excursions? You can purchase Shore & Land Excursions once you've reserved a cruise, received your cruise reservation number, and have made at least one payment toward your cruise, up to 10 days prior to cruise sail date.
To shop for excursions, go to the Before You Board section and select Shore & Land Excursions. Click on the Shop For or Modify Excursions Now button and proceed accordingly. All available Shore & Land Excursions will be provided for your applicable sail date. If we are unable to provide you with available Shore & Land Excursions at the time that you enter the purchase section of the site, you will be advised to visit the website at a later date. Why do I have to choose a Preferred Language? By choosing a preferred language you are indicating that you would prefer your Shore & Land Excursion to be conducted in that language. For Russia....
Guests participating in shore excursions organized through Royal Caribbean do not need an individual Russian Tourist Visa to proceed ashore when on the cruise line's organized tour(s). These participants are covered by the "blanket Visa" obtained by our local tour operator. Guests should remember, however, that without an individual Russian Tourist Visa, shore side visitation is limited to the period of the shipboard excursion and you will not be permitted to leave the ship outside of the excursion hours.
Those guests who reserve an independent car or van through the Shore Excursion department will not need an individual Russian Tourist Visa to participate in this program. As these participants are also covered by the "blanket Visa" obtained by our local tour operator.
Guests who wish to sightsee independently or sightsee outside of Royal Caribbean shore excursion hours must obtain an individual Russian Tourist Visa before leaving home. Guests who have not purchased a shipboard organized shore excursion and do not possess a valid Russian Tourist Visa will not be permitted ashore in St. Petersburg.
Should you wish to obtain an individual Russian Tourist Visa, you will need to be sponsored by a licensed Russian Tour Company. This company must provide you with the needed Visa Support Letter and documentation necessary for you to obtain a Russian Tourist Visa. It will then be necessary for you to contact a visa service agency, where you can call, email or download forms, fee details, and information on the procedures that you will need to follow. Guests should remember that when applying for a visa, you would need a valid passport, which does not expire at least 6 months beyond the last day of the cruise.
We recommend that all guests, regardless of your sailing date check with their health care professional or a Travel Medicine Specialist certifiedby the WHO for guidance. As detailed in our brochure, all guests must ensurethat they are medically and physically fit for travel. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) provide guidelines as to which vaccinations are required in each country.
